A stellar line up of property industry experts from the UK and across the globe has been announced for the EA Masters conference on the 3rd of November. The unique event which has a World Class theme, celebrates the companies and business leaders leading with ambition, clarity and vision, setting the direction and pace of the property industry at home and abroad.
The conference for estate agents and conveyancers, sponsored by OnTheMarket, will explore what it truly means to lead and innovate in a rapidly changing industry, as the world’s leading agents from the UK, Ireland, UAE, New Zealand, Australia and USA share their current strategies and tactics. The following are just a few of the industry experts participating:
Chris Rosindale – UK, Chief Operating Officer at Connells Group. From frontline negotiator to COO of the UK’s largest estate agency group, Chris brings a unique perspective on the future of estate agency.
Guy Gittins – UK, Chief Executive Officer of Foxtons, one of the most iconic estate agency brands. Guy has helped turned around the company and make it famous.
Jason Tebb – UK & Europe, President of OnTheMarket, known for his agent-first philosophy, shaped by his hands-on experience, from junior negotiator to CEO. OnTheMarket is one of the UK’s major residential property marketplaces and part of CoStar Group.
Richard Waind – leader of Betterhomes, one of the UAE’s leading real estate businesses with more than 300 agents. Richard will share his experience in helping to grow market share in one of the world’s most competitive property markets.
Marian Finnegan – Ireland, Chief Executive Officer of the Sherry FitzGerald Group, Ireland’s largest property advisory and estate agency group, widely recognised for her perspective on data led decision making, strategic growth and team building.
Lucia Fox, TV presenter for Eurosport, ITV, Formula One Digital, various Sky channels, and other broadcast, corporate and commercial clients, will once again host this year’s conference.
Peter Knight, Founder of EA Masters, comments: “Reflecting the World Class theme, this year’s EA Masters conference will involve more than 60 industry exhibitors and participants from across the globe as we examine the hottest issues in the industry right now, from landlord retention and margin pressure in lettings, to the positives and negatives of AI and the issue of ever lengthening transactions. This will be a genuinely stimulating learning opportunity as participants will leave with a practical playbook of world class tips to take back to their office to improve and grow their business.”
The packed one-day conference programme includes sessions on:
World Class – what genuinely world-class estate agency looks like and how the best operators elsewhere are winning on service, culture, and client experience. This is about the best mindset, standards, and client-first habits that travel anywhere, whatever market you’re operating in.
AI and Automation – a debate on the hot topic of what should be automated and what should stay human. This will be a fast-moving, election-night-style debate, combining studio conversation and sharp, practical takes on where AI is already saving agents time – lead qualification, valuations, admin – and where it is still over-hyped.
Transaction Times – putting the industry’s biggest friction point under the spotlight, with a panel weighted on the conveyancing side of the process, examining practical, structural fixes. Expect Landmark on the data behind Project 28 and the Local Land Charges programme, LMS on lender-side friction, and a legal perspective on what’s slowing completions.
In addition to the World Class conference, a particular highlight of the day will be the awards lunch and celebrity presentation of the Best Estate Agent and Best Conveyancer Guide awards. The Guide will be published on 4 November.
