Barratt Homes Bristol to Launch Platinum Place, a new development in Wiltshire

Barratt Homes Bristol will officially launch its latest Wiltshire development, Platinum Place, on Saturday, 14 June, offering prospective buyers and local residents a first look at the newly completed show homes.

The event will take place from 11am to 4pm at Elizabeth Way, Hilperton, BA14 7PB, and will provide an opportunity to explore the lifestyle on offer within this new Hilperton community.

The development will feature a range of two, three, and four-bedroom homes, designed to accommodate a variety of buyers, including families, professionals, and first-time homeowners. 30% of the new homes will be affordable, comprising a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership properties.

Guests at the event will have the opportunity to meet the development’s Nominated Mortgage Advisor, who will be available to provide complimentary financial advice and guidance on the home-buying process. Complimentary pizza and drinks will also be available throughout the event.

Andrea Pilgrim, Sales Director for Barratt Homes Bristol, said: “We’ve already seen significant interest in Platinum Place, and we’re excited to officially open the doors to this new development. With a focus on sustainability, high-quality design, and a variety of home options, Platinum Place is set to become a thriving community in Hilperton.”

Situated less than two miles from the centre of Trowbridge and close to Hilperton Marina, Platinum Place spans nearly five acres of open space and includes a variety of features designed to enhance the site’s natural environment and support local wildlife, such as swift boxes, bat boxes, hedgehog highways, and the planting of 238 new trees.

Barratt Homes Bristol will also contribute over £2.7 million through a Section 106 agreement, supporting local education, public art, highways improvements, waste and recycling services, and green travel vouchers for new residents.
