Bristol-based agency earns global recognition with multiple award nominations

Independent Bristol-based content agency The Content Emporium has received global recognition, securing three major award nominations for its work with Landsec, one of the UK’s largest commercial property companies.

The agency has been shortlisted for Best Use of Social Media and Best Social Team at the Content Marketing Association (ICMA) Awards 2025, and named a finalist in the Organic Social category at The Drum Awards Festival 2025.

The multi-award nominations mark a major milestone for the fast-growing creative agency, which launched in 2015 and made its awards debut this year.

“This international recognition is testament to the creativity and hard work of our team, and to the incredible collaboration we’ve built with Landsec,” said Charlotte Laing, Founder and CEO of The Content Emporium. “To see our work celebrated across multiple global stages, and fly the flag for Bristol creativity, is incredibly rewarding.”

At the heart of the agency’s recognition lies its Employee Generated Content (EGC) strategy, developed and delivered across Landsec’s nationwide portfolio.

Retail staff, baristas, centre management teams and even security guards took the spotlight, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, joining in viral trends and celebrating milestones. Filmed on iPhone, the content felt real, local and human, cutting through the polished noise of social media.

“When you turn the lens to real people and raw moments, the results are more powerful and entertaining than anything you can script,” said Molly Martin, Director of Social at The Content Emporium. “We’ve brought retail destinations to life through the people and communities that power them – thanks to our incredible team both in front of and behind the cameras each day.”

Across 17 shopping centres nationwide, the EGC work achieved an organic reach of a staggering 19.4 million, 32% audience growth on Instagram, a 196% follower lift on TikTok, and an average engagement rate of 8.93%*.

The ICMA Awards honour excellence in content strategy and creativity, while The Drum Awards celebrate the world’s best in modern marketing. Winners of The Drum Awards will be announced on 19th November 2025, while the ICMA winners will be announced in January 2026.
