Bridge Health & Wellbeing Welcomes New Chartered Physiotherapist to its clinical team

Family-run clinic Bridge Health & Wellbeing in Christchurch, Dorset, is delighted to welcome highly experienced physiotherapist Mareen Frost (HCPC / MSCP) to their expanding team.

After qualifying in 2003, Mareen worked in private clinics and the health service in Germany. She spent nine years building up and managing a private physiotherapy clinic in Munich, focusing on conservative orthopaedic medicine and treating a wide variety of patients.

A trained yoga teacher and Pilates mat instructor, Mareen has a particular interest in pelvic floor health for both women and men. She specialises in Manual Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Physiotherapy, Neurological Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, TMJ Dysfunction (Jaw Therapy), and Kinesiology Taping. She relocated to the UK in 2021 and can often be found outside, hiking, cycling, or dipping in the sea.

Paul O’Connell, co-founder and lead physiotherapist at Bridge Health & Wellbeing, said, “We are delighted Mareen is joining us to help extend our clinical services and meet patient demand. With over twenty years of experience, patients will be in very safe hands. Her yoga and Pilates training, alongside her physiotherapy certification, really complements our joined-up approach to health and wellbeing.”
