Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Green Tree Court care home in Exeter to the Somerset Care Group.
Built in 2014, Green Tree Court is an award-winning care home that comprises 68 bedrooms and provides care for residential and nursing clients. The building has been constructed with market-leading green credentials and has an Excellent BREAM rating.
The home was previously owned by Michelle Gorringe and Stephen Pattrick of Lexicon Healthcare Limited.
Following a confidential marketing process undertaken by Rob Kinsman and Simon Harvey at Christie & Co, leading West Country care provider, Somerset Care, was selected as the preferred bidder. The acquisition sees the leading not-for-profit care provider expand its residential care portfolio into Devon, underlying its commitment to providing the highest quality of care, and complementing the home care provision it already operates in the county.
