Environmental consultancy, Logika Group, has achieved landmark growth in 2025 having increased its headcount by 31%.
At the forefront of environmental strategy, design and assessment, Logika Group boasts a 30+ year track record in improving and delivering sustainable outcomes for both public and private sector organisations, by integrating environmental objectives at the heart of all projects.
Combining deep technical understanding across all disciplines together to support public and private clients alike with strategy, planning, and policy, Logika Group boasts a proven track record in working with developers, local authorities, national governments, and global organisations on air quality, noise, climate, carbon, biodiversity, health and wellbeing, and more.
After celebrating 100+ employees in December 2024, the Group now consists of 140 experts, which includes 7 new senior team members.
The Group’s new Health and Social Impact Director, Ryngan Pyper, has been appointed to ensure community and wellbeing are optimally prioritised in environmental projects, whilst Tom Buckland – recently appointed Technical Director and International Air Quality Lead – will drive further growth in overseas projects.
The new Finance Director, Julian Pickles, will help maintain the Group’s strong growth trajectory alongside new Growth Director, Marc Davies and new Marketing Executive, Tianna Williams, who strengthens brand communications and function.
Part of the Group’s impressive growth can be attributed to the opening of new offices: a larger headquarters in London and a brand-new hub in Leeds, which strengthens presence across key UK regions.
Major milestones have also been achieved in policy and research, with Logika Group leading the support study for the European Commission’s evaluation of the NEC Directive – one of the EU’s most significant pieces of air quality legislation.
“This year has been defined by meaningful, multidimensional growth”, explains Stephen Moorcroft, Director at Logika Group. “Throughout 2025, Logika Group featured in lead industry publications including Environment Analyst and Air Quality News. It delivered speeches at major conferences such as Clean Air Week, the NSIP BNG Summit, and the ICM Forum. It also launched the Logika Local Authority Carbon Budget Tool, allowing local authorities to access net-zero aligned pathways”.
“But success was about so much more than on-paper achievements and growth in numbers, with advancing capabilities and footprints translating into real-world socio-environmental progress” he elaborates. “I couldn’t feel prouder of how everyone has come together to push boundaries, building expertise alongside all kinds of positive change”.
Logika Group’s wide-ranging success hasn’t gone unnoticed. The Group was Highly Commended at the 2025 Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards, recognised as the UK’s second Most Sustainable Business. Two NCL projects were likewise Highly Commended at the Noise Abatement Society’s John Connell Awards and Director, Toby Gibbs, was named among the LDC Top 50’s Most Ambitious Business Leaders.
With new research partnerships, investments, and an expanding portfolio of national and international projects on the horizon, Logika Group is set to achieve greater growth and socio-environmental progress in 2026 and beyond.
