Vita Health Group chooses Zellis to support scaling payroll and HR operations

New partnership set to increase HR efficiencies and enhance employee experience

Bristol, UK – 22 May 2024: Zellis, the largest provider of payroll and HR software to the UK and Ireland, has been chosen by Vita Health Group to support a modern and digitised employee experience alongside improved HR efficiencies.

The team at Vita Health Group was impressed by Zellis’ deep understanding of the UK payroll market and its ability to scale in line with the company’s ambitious growth plans. Zellis HCM Cloud was also chosen for its capability to manage and reduce high complexity, as well as its user-friendly MyView app.

Vita Health Group, part of Spire Healthcare, is a leading private UK healthcare provider dedicated to making people better. The organisation provides integrated physical and mental health services to employers/insurers, the NHS, and private patients. Vita Health Group has over 30 years’ experience delivering best-in-class physical and mental health services, with unique expertise in holistic, person-centre care.

Commenting on the partnership with Zellis, Caroline Farren-Hines, HR Director at Vita Health Group, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Zellis as we enter our next phase of growth, and we look forward to providing our people with a modern HCM solution that integrates seamlessly with our existing Microsoft estate.”

Other factors that influenced the decision to select Zellis include the platform’s strong HR reporting capabilities and the flexibility of a modular buying model.

Caroline added: “Finding a partner that could support data-driven HR was top of our agenda to ensure ease of reporting and analytics. Zellis’ Power BI dashboards provide the level of detail and real-time insights we were looking for and so it very much ticked that box for us.”

In particular, Caroline and her team were keen to engage a provider that could take the pain and complexity out of expense management. By swapping spreadsheets for the intuitive MyView app, Vita Health Group employees will now be able to submit their expenses more quickly and easily, creating another opportunity to drive employee experience. Digitised expense management will also support the company’s broader sustainability goals.

“As well as our people having an optimal experience when submitting their expenses, as a company, we’ll now have access to new insights that’ll enable us to better understand, and report on, our sustainability efforts,” concluded Caroline.

John Petter, Chief Executive Officer at Zellis, added: “Vita Health Group is committed to enabling modern, exceptional experiences for their colleagues. We’re delighted to be supporting them with a leading HCM Cloud offering, while also ensuring that we provide a future-proofed solution that can develop as their business grows.”
