The Amore Spa Wellness Day enables guests to make the most of the five-bubble rated thermal journey including Cornish salt steam room, Swedish sauna and hot tub. They can also access the six-pool Aqua Club, which boasts a sun terrace and heated outdoor edge pools affording spectacular views of the sea.

Many of The Headland’s spa treatments help to improve mental clarity, pain reduction and reduce blood pressure. Increased blood flow through the body helps to ease stiffness, aches, muscle tension and pain. They also help to reduce stress and mental anxiety.
